INCIDENTS
These paintings present a merger
and struggle between two types of emblems found on South London walls.
Advertising images of desirability, power and progressiveness and graffiti
images of morbidity, obscenity and obscurantism. These are combined
into semi-human figures which stride through an empty urban landscape.
