THE POWERS THAT BE

Dotted around the west of Ireland are churches, castles, courthouses and police stations - buildings which represent some of the ideologies (christianity, feudalism, British colonialism) which have governed the lives of the local people. These buildings provided the subject-matter for this series of works.
